Community Report - Week 42

Published: 26.05.2024

First of all, I want to thank everyone who helps the Community - financially, by buying coins or paying for subscriptions, by completing tasks or leaving reviews on Trustpilot - thank you so much for your contribution and support. In the last weekly report, I talked about how the algorithm works with the task stack and how you can improve your promotion performance by making your tasks more attractive to complete in the overall Queue list. If you missed that report, the link to that article is: https://friendlyhelp.club/latest-news/community-report-week-41 . Now I'll talk about how to build the "right" promotion strategy and how your apps will be promoted on our network.

Promoting your applications starts by adding your applications to our network and automatically creating an "Install" task for each of them - https://friendlyhelp.club/account/application . Here you can also customize the list of available countries if your app is not available or banned in some countries. But don't try to use this filter to customize getting installs or reviews from users from certain countries - it won't work and the algorithm will just start ignoring your app and your tasks. This filter should match the filter in the developer console.

After that, go to the "Task Builder" section, where you can add new tasks or modify existing ones https://friendlyhelp.club/account/task . To begin with, let's consider the possibility of creating a new task. There are 2 templates for new tasks: "Applications" and "Socials", the first one is for Bonus tasks (Review, Rating, etc.) and the second one is for tasks related to social networks. There are 4 types of conditions for Bonus tasks: "Review", "Rating", "Registration" and "Play/Use". If you need the user to write a small review and publish it, it's a Review condition, and if you only want to get 5 stars without text, it's a Rating condition. If your application has authorization/registration, the "Install" task will run before the login screen, in which case you need to use the "Registration" condition. If you want the user to maximize the use of your application, then you need the "Play/Use" condition. You can add "Additional instructions" for each Bonus task, but remember that the more difficult the task, the less likely someone will want to complete it.

For each task you can customize the reward type and "Loyalty" mode. Reward type: FreeCoins and PaidCoins - the difference between them is the visibility of your assignment, for FreeCoins the algorithm takes into account the "Daily Limit" and "Promotion Period", for PaidCoins there are no restrictions. That is, if your "Daily Limit" has reached the maximum value, your tasks will disappear from the general Queue, similarly, if the "Promotion Period" has expired. The main purpose of the "Loyalty" mode is to prevent your application or review from being quickly deleted. You can set a value from 0 to 10, 0 is to disable the mode, and 1 to 10 is the number of days between "Loyalty" checks (no more than 5 checks at all times). For example, you set the value to 5, it means that 5 days after you have verified a task, the algorithm will prompt this user to confirm that all conditions are still met (the app or review has not been deleted). "Loyalty" mode is very important, because the longer your application remains installed and in use, the more likely reviews or ratings will pass internal validation and your applications will receive a higher level of internal trust in Google Play and App Store.

This isn't a typical report, but I hope this information will help you use our service more effectively and create your "perfect" mobile app promotion strategy.
