Community Report - Week 51

Published: 28.07.2024

Last time I told you about the history of our Community and our original goals. But the Community has not always been what it is today, and I want to tell you how we have changed, evolved and become better, without stopping here. But first I want to wish all of you that your wildest dreams come true and you achieve the success you deserve. Don't be afraid to start a new project, even if you don't think it will be competitive. I know a lot of people who just start creating projects and never realize them in life, there always comes a moment when they think it won't be successful and they stop. And such doubts are an evil that hinders all of us.

The first version of our service was very technologically primitive, but its realization became an invaluable experience, and we were able to see all the pitfalls. At that time our project was more like an MVP (minimum viable product) than a final version, but no one wanted to wait very long. You should always pinpoint the exact stage of development at which you can launch a project, because you can fix bugs and improve functionality endlessly, and no one will ever see your project. Don't be afraid that most people won't like it, their criticism is gold, it will help you to change the development route in time and focus on what your users need.

In that version of our service there was only the "Installation" task, and if not for the criticism of our users, perhaps we would never have had the "Task Builder" and the ability to create many different scenarios. Problems with quality control of tasks led to the creation of the "Loyalty" mode, and all this only thanks to criticism from our users. All attempts to hack our "unsubscribe" system and use it to find valid email addresses have helped us implement our own digital signature technology and make our service even more secure. And there were a lot of such examples. All our initial mistakes turned into unique technologies and solutions over time, and helped us become better. We are here because of all of you.

In conclusion, your failures can be turned into victories. The main thing is not to stop and keep creating. I wish you all inspiration)

Always with you, your FriendlyHelp community founder
