Community Report - Week 13

Today is 89 days since the relaunch of our Community. The first 100 days of our service are coming soon and I would like to somehow celebrate this achievement. I want to draw 3 prizes among you: 1 month of the "GOLDEN" tariff or 50 CoT coins (of your choice), 1 month of the "SILVER" tariff or 30 CoT coins, 1 month of the "BRONZE" tariff or 10 CoT coins. This week has been calm, the servers are working stably, there have been no global changes or edits. The only thing I would like to mention is the correction of statistics https://friendlyhelp.club/account/statistic.
And one more small request, please don\'t use black highlighting in messages for Disputes - "Text Color => Black", "Background Color => Black". With a dark theme, such text will be difficult to see. If you want to highlight some words, use bold font - the "B" icon. If you are copying text from another place, you can select it and delete previous styles by clicking on the "Eraser" icon.

And some statistics. This week 23 new users joined us and 40 new applications were added. The mail service shows that many letters are returned marked "SPAM" and to improve the situation I need your help. Please don\'t immediately delete letters from our Community; let them remain in your mailbox for at least a few days. Always mark them as important to improve our email reputation. Please periodically check the "SPAM" folder and if our letters are there, click the "Not SPAM" button and move them to the incoming folder. Your actions determine how many new users will join us and, as a result, how many new installations and reviews your applications will receive. If possible, add our friendlyhelp.club and friendlyhelp.email domains to your email client\'s whitelist https://blog.hubspot.com/marketing/email-whitelist. If any of you know how to improve the sending of invitations, then please write to me at support@friendlyhelp.club - your help is invaluable to me.
Together we were able to complete more than 2000 tasks this week, for which I congratulate you all) Now in our Community there are 123 active users who are Level 2+, of which 94 have already reached Level 4+ and receive 144+ tasks per month for promoting your own applications.

Future plans. I received an interesting proposal to add priorities for promoting applications of one owner. If you have more than 2 applications, then perhaps you would like the tasks of one of the applications to be higher in the list or more often offered than the other. I don\'t know yet how this will be implemented, but I have already started creating an action plan. I also want to add the ability to send a message when you complete a task, which will be useful for the application owner if you find a minor bug or want to suggest some improvements.
And don’t forget to support the Community financially with one-time donations or subscription to paid plans. You can also buy additional CoT coins if your balance quickly approaches zero and does not allow you to receive more installations and reviews than you would like.
