Community Report - Week 31

I found a cheaper email service this week and wanted to save $4 a month, but things didn't go according to plan) I first signed up and tested their free version and everything was fine. I paid for 1 month and a few minutes later my account was locked. After writing to tech support, I found out that there was "suspicious activity" in my account and it was a forced security measure. I ordered a refund via PayPal, after which I was contacted by another tech support person who removed the account lockout and reactivated the 1 month payment via autopay. He writes me that it was a fluke and everything will be fine. I decide it's better to cancel the autopayment with PayPal and I wasn't wrong, the next day my account is blocked again and requires access to the database to verify the emails I sent emails to. I again order a refund through PayPal, but now with auto-pay disabled. Immediately afterward, I am contacted and told that I can provide screenshots without access to the database. I provided a couple of screenshots with partial data, but the account lock was not lifted. All this resulted in the invitations mailing not working for 2 days and I had to go back to the previous service. Moral - never save money.

Statistics. This week 11 new users joined our community and 29 new applications were added. Disruptions in the invitations service and difficulties in finding new applicants negatively affect the dynamics of new user registration. In addition, Google's new policy regarding the publication of new applications in Google Play significantly reduces the number of independent developers. But these are only temporary difficulties, after the launch of version 3.0 the situation should improve.

Congratulations. I would like to congratulate users: Nex, Anuar Serikov, Olha, ZoraStudio, Hussain Mustafa for getting the first 10+ installs to promote the app. Also congratulations to users: Code Magic, Brindha Manickavasakan, Ozgur for achieving 25+ Installations. Special congratulations to users: Arison Raik Gomes Teotonio, KaioGames, Vasiliy - you have achieved 100+ Installations. I am very happy for all of you and wish you to continue in the same rhythm.

New version development. I have already finished writing code for the algorithm of assigning tasks to users. Now it can perform all the main tasks: check limits on free tasks, distinguish between tasks with FreeCoins and PaidCoins rewards; track internal user statistics and find those who need additional help; prioritize tasks; work with any tasks with the "Loyalty" mode activated, etc. I also started creating new templates for all emails with support for 9 languages, this is time consuming. I also created new widgets for Dashboard, they are more informative and suitable for new features of the service (screenshots will be in our community in Discord). There is not much left to do, I need to create a demo mode, tips for new users and a "Help" section. Perhaps something else, but it depends on testing.
